Full Wedding Co-ordination
A tailor-made service based on your individual requirements. I will meet with you face to face to discuss exactly how you envisage your wedding day, and from there will work with you to plan the perfect day. I can be involved in every aspect of the wedding from venue and supplier sourcing down to the personal touches to make your day totally unique. I can provide inspiration for themes, colours etc as well as put together a time plan and budget.
We will meet at least 3 or 4 times before the wedding but you can contact me by email or phone at any time. I offer exclusive dates so you can be assured of my full attention in the run up to your big day. This service allows you to be in complete control of your day but takes away the stress and hard work that is involved in planning a sensational wedding.
Co-ordinating Final Arrangements
This allows you to take control of the planning. I will then manage the co-ordination approximately 8 – 10 weeks before the wedding, so that you can relax and enjoy the run up to your big day. The perfect service if you have already planned your wedding but need assistance in putting it all together. I can co-ordinate the venue and suppliers you have chosen and provide assistance with putting the finishing touches to your perfect day.
On the Day Co-ordination
I can provide a discreet presence on your wedding day, co-ordinate all suppliers, arrangements and ensure that you can enjoy everything without worrying about what is going on behind the scenes.
This will include putting together a schedule for the day, briefing suppliers on your wishes and being a point of contact for suppliers and guests.
Venue and Supplier Sourcing
With so many venues and suppliers to choose from the decisions can be quite overwhelming, which is where my co-ordination service will help. You will be provided with a shortlist that matches your budget and wishes. Once you have made the final decision I will confirm the arrangements and ensure contracts are sent out.
All discounts I negotiate with suppliers will be passed directly back to you and so help reduce the overall cost of your wedding.
Wedding Dress Shopping
I can accompany you when looking for wedding dresses and provide (unbiased) advice and assistance to ensure the dress of your dreams ties in perfectly with the overall theme of your day. From personal experience I found friends and family were overly enthusiastic about every dress I tried on without providing objective views!
Invitations and RSVP Management
I can assist you with the selection and wording of invitations and send them out for you. I will then monitor the replies and provide regular feedback before finalising the guest list and numbers. Being a point of contact for any queries your guests might have will ensure that you can relax and concentrate on yourselves before the wedding.
Wedding Starter
Ideal for brides, couples or anyone involved in the planning of a wedding. I will spend time with you putting together an outline budget and timeplan, provide assistance with etiquette and inspiration for themes, ideas, colours and suppliers. I can help with anything you require to get started.
Hourly Advice
Even if you are enjoying the planning of your wedding, there can still be times when you need help and advice from someone completely impartial. I can be contacted at any time by phone and email or face to face if necessary. Essential if you are looking for advice on getting started, budgets, planning, where to look for and how to choose suppliers, legalities, etiquette and finishing touches.
Parties etc.
A Perfect Celebration provides help and assistance in planning any special occasion, leaving you to enjoy the event without worrying about details. No event is too big or too small, I can help with everything from engagement parties, stag and hen nights, christenings, naming ceremonies, birthday parties and anniversaries to corporate events.
You may need help with sourcing a venue, entertainment or decoration and I can also provide a reply service for surprise parties.
